If your music or data disc
contains licensable material, you will need to obtain permission or submit
an application to the MCPS
(Mechanical Copyright Protection Society, tel: 0208 769 4400). These forms
are downloadable below. You can still make an application if all the material
is yours to use (license of no-claim), but Media Sourcing can speed up the
process dramatically with a simple letter from you confirming the tracks/
data are yours to use. See also 'What do I need to do now' in the About
the Process section.
If you want to submit the two MCPS forms, you can download these Acrobat files
and print them out to fill in. (PC users: Right-click on link, and choose
Download Link to Disk. Mac users: Control-click link and choose Save Link.)
